These are kind of carmalized onions, maybe sweated a little bit?
Take your onions, I used about half an onion. Put on heat with corn oil, and let the onions cook for a couple of minutes at FULL heat. Add salt, and italian seasoning. Turn down the heat to 5 and add chicken stock. Cover the pot with the cover. Wait for about 10-15 minutes until super soft! Add chicken stock last minute for extra flavor! Enjoy!
