Garlicky Sautéed Greens

Hey seesters!

I forgot to take pictures because I was so hungry, but I made these garlicky sautéed greens with over-easy eggs this morning! Here’s the recipe:

I didn’t have the red pepper or vinegar, but a splash of oyster sauce added to the greens put in a bit of Asian flavor 🙂 The recipe is also a bit salt-heavy, so I only added salt to the greens, and I only had one egg. Also, I didn’t have collard greens, so I just used a bag of spinach instead, which turned out pretty well. It was delicious and easy to make — the perfect breakfast to start off a day of essay writing.
