Strawberry Cupcake!

I’ve been on a vegan baking spree lately, because there’s no egg and I somehow have everything that you need! My favorite vegan baking blog is, and seriously it’s a LIFESAVER. Imagine every decadent chocolatey dessert you want, transformed healthy! There’s peanut butter milkshakes, chocolate raspberry fudge cake, and strawberry shortcake! I used the strawberry shortcake recipe today, and it was DELICIOUS! Below is the result.

I used a toaster oven, and if you decide to use the toaster oven, COOK IT LONGER! I decided that 1 tablespoon of strawberries wasn’t enough, and added a little bit more, but I think 2 tablespoons would’ve been better. These are SO easy to make, around 10-15 minutes, and OMG THEY ARE SO AMAZING. I just made another batch for the morning, and I recommend you do the same.
