OMG yum! This recipe is simple, and pretty freaking delicious. I didn’t include a crust recipe due to the fact that the crust I tried didn’t turn out well. There’s always the good old graham cracker crust.

8oz Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp + 2 tsp Sugar (Powdered will be better, but granulated is okay.)
1/4 cup Whipping Cream
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together. I squeezed some lime in there and zest for a little more flavor.
Mix the whipping cream until peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture. Mix until it’s smooth, because the longer you mix, the creamer it will be.
Put into the crust, and put in fridge for 4-8 hours, I took mine out after about 18 hours, and it tastes like a real cheesecake!
